Korean Cooking Class (offline) On Wednesday March 24th morning, we will be making minari(water celery) potato jeon(Korean pancake), and rice rolls with divers spring greens. As March is the month when we can enjoy various spring vegetables and herbs, we have selected some simple and quick dishes that are perfect for a light meal. Fresh wild greens are not only a great way to supplement vitamin C and fiber, but also high in protein. Respecting the current sanitary rules, we will be able to receive a small group of participants at the center. Come and join us on Wednesday morning! Reservation made on a first-come-first-served basis. Please bring your apron and tupperwares with you.
